Intro
With the Masterclass Revitalize you learn to make and keep your company relevant and viable from your leadership role. You will receive training in a group of approx. 10-15 participants. The Masterclass Revitalize is a shortened program based on the 3-day Revitalize Course.
What is it
The Masterclass covers 1 training day.
In the various programme components we will discuss:
- Context: what is it about and why is it important?
- Theory and practice: what are the existing insights and models in this area and what do we learn from ‘failures & successes’ from the past?
- Future: what does the possible longer-term perspective look like for the industrial producer and his service provider?
Finally, the participants make for their own organization:
- A Revitalize Quickscan based on the Vitality Wheel as a starting point for your own vision action plan
For whom?
You are on the board, the Management Team, the staff or in the 1st line management of a company that is active in the industrial sector: producer and business service provider. You are (partly) responsible for strategy development and its implementation within your company.
Also for upcoming leaders and managers!
