Intro
With the Revitalize Course you learn from your leadership role to make and keep your company relevant and viable. You will receive training in a group of approx. 10-15 participants.
What is it
The program consists of 3 training days spread over a month.
The different programme components are structured as follows:
- Context: what is it about and why is it important?
- Theory and science: what are the existing insights and models in this area
- Practical examples and cases: what do we learn from ‘failures & successes’ from the past and present?
- Future: what does the possible longer-term perspective look like for the industrial producer and his service provider?
Finally, the participants make for their own organization:
- A Revitalize Quickscan based on the Vitality Wheel
- A first ‘vision action plan’ as a next step after the training
For whom?
You are on the board, the Management Team, the staff or in the 1st line management of a company that is active in the industrial sector: producer and business service provider. You are (partly) responsible for strategy development and its implementation within your company.
